OBJECTIVES
The conference “Nuclear energy for the people” will provide a forum for presentation of news and discussions on problems concerning nuclear technology and nuclear applications.
The conference environment shall help in involving and engaging more young professionals in nuclear engineering and applications. The policy of education is a key element in the development of nuclear energy as well as activating and engaging of public toward nuclear applications. Bulgarian and foreign experts and researches, students related to the nuclear energy are invited to take part.

AUTHORS INFORMATION
The authors should submit extended abstracts of up to 2 pages (maximum 4000 symbols). The abstract should contain: 1) paper title, 2) authors’ full names and addresses, 3) name, address, phone and e-mail of the author to whom subsequent correspondence should be directed, 4) five keywords in order of importance. The abstract should clearly state background, objectives, results and conclusions. It may contain figures, tables and pictures.
The Organizing Committee will inform you about the acceptance of your paper for oral or poster presentation.
PAPER PUBLICATION
The papers accepted for presentation on the conference are eligible for publishing in the BgNS Science and Technology Journal. Refer to www.bgns.bg for more information.
YOUNG AUTHORS’ COMPETITION FOR BEST PRESENTATION
The young authors, not older than 35 years, being first author could take part in Young Authors’ Competition (YAC) for Best Presentation.
The Competition Commission will review and evaluate the presented papers. The papers nominated be the Commission will be presented orally at the conference. The rest of the papers could participate in the competition for a best Poster. The best presentations nominated by both, the conference participants and Competition Commission, will be awarded.
The criteria for evaluating reports for the Competition are: relevance to the conference theme, clear exposition of objectives, subject matter, results and conclusions, accessibility, attractiveness and visualization, balance between text and figures.
The authors should submit full text of the presentation of up to 6 pages. The paper should contain: 1) paper title, 2) name, address, phone and e-mail of the first author, 3) authors’ names and full address, 4) five keywords in order of importance, 5) abstract, and 6) full text.
