BULGARIAN NUCLEAR SOCIETY

Bulgarian Nuclear Society (BgNS) is public useful activities organization aimed at the multilateral development of science, technologies and practice in the name of the safe use of atomic energy for peaceful purposes and at helping the public in creating attitudes and right climate of opinion about nuclear power matters. The BgNS concentrates its efforts on:

  • Establishing a forum for the exchange of knowledge, ideas and experience
  • Encouraging the extension of the safety use of nuclear science achievements for the well-being of the society
  • Keeping open dialogue with the public on nuclear science and practice issues and promoting the radiological culture of the population
  • Co-operating with the state authorities, industrial companies and non-governmental organization on every aspect of nuclear science and practice through its experts.
